Kamdon J. Whallon is a Midwest-born screenwriter and Los Angeles Film School alum. At LAFS he was a member of the Honor Society of the Entertainment Arts and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Writing for Film & Television Summa Cum Laude.
Kamdon has been a contracted writer with experience in theater production/directing, acting, and producing short films. He has also attained extensive experience writing realistic fiction, drama, comedy, feature-length scripts, television pilots, and adapting original source material for the screen.
Whallon is a passionate and multi-faceted creative adept in all aspects of story development, structure, dialogue, character/world creation, script analysis, immersive storytelling, and pitching. One of his goals is to write, produce, direct, and star in his own film projects.
Before pursuing his professional writing career, he was a competitive hockey player in Michigan. Growing up engulfed in the world of hockey is where he received myriads of inspiration, yet his influences don’t stop there. Singing, songwriting, and playing the saxophone are some of his interests and hobbies.

In his early twenties, Kamdon worked full-time for one of the largest summer camps and retreat centers in the country, where he led and mentored elementary to college-age students. With his background in national-level athletics, camping ministry, and film and theater production, Whallon has cultivated exceptional collaborative, organizational, and team-building skills.
